they will live in Destin, Seaside or Santa Rosa and deal with less hassle, more upscale people and a resident only complex. New Management will find they have shot themselves in the foot, because no one with the kind of money is going to pay to rent there.
Fast forward to 2015 when all the residents were pretty much made to feel like nothing, rent was raised nearly 300 a month as was simple things like water and washer and dryer, and half of our parking was also taken away as if that was not enough hassle to begin with 5 months out of the year. The rent was reasonable, staff and leasing office were attentive to our every need and worked around the clock to ensure we felt like human beings.
When we first moved to Laketown Wharf it was all we could have ever imagined beach living would be.
